JOSE MAKING CHANGES

Jose Mourinho has already gone through a superb season in his return to Stamford Bridge as he lifted the Premier League title with Chelsea but things are far from over for the Portuguese coach as his plans go beyond only making changes in his team.

A few weeks ago it was announced that Chelsea was planning to expand Stamford Bridge as they have already built a fan base which is so big that the stadium needs to be increased. Stamford Bridge currently has a capacity of 41,837 but it’s planned to be expanded to 60,000.

Increasing the capacity of the stadium will also allow Chelsea to generate more revenue from their home matches and compete against the likes of: Manchester United as well as Arsenal.

The Premier League club is on the process of appointing a professional that can determine how this expansion process should be done and to find out how much time as well as money it will take to go through this procedure.

Those are the changes that are in the plans of Chelsea but things don’t stop there as Jose Mourinho is having a very busy summer with many modifications that already have been in his squad.

Radamel Falcao was signed on a loan deal as Mourinho believes that he can reignite the career of the Colombian forward - if he gets the chance that was never given to him at Old Trafford then he's worth a few live bets with StanJames to be the next goalscorer! Asmir Begovic, Tomas Kalas, Lucas Piazon and Cristian Manea are a few of the other summer signings.

One of the transfers that Chelsea has recently done which made it’s way into the headlines of football websites and newspapers is Petr Cech’s switch to Arsenal as Jose Mourinho has already established Thibaut Courtois as his main shot-stopper.

Chelsea are the current champions of England but Mourinho and the chief executives of the Premier League club have not shown any signs of slowing down as they want to win more trophies and continue competing against Europe’s elite.
